    Returns and exchanges

    When purchasing a product from the Blog And Buy Sale Shop we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and so aim to represent all of our products in the very best way we can, using detailed photography and writing useful descriptions. However, we also understand that sometimes when shopping online the item you receive is not as you expect  So if you do change your mind or the item is not right then don't panic! You may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of placing your order.

    Please note, refunds and exchanges are only issued for unused or faulty items returned to us within 30 days.


    If you would like to return your order please request a return in writing to shop@blogandbuysale.com within 14 working days of receipt of your item.
    We will then guide you through the returns process but please be sure to return your item to us by post within 30 days after contacting us regarding the return.

    Please note, as mentioned we will be unable to proceed with a return unless we have been contacted via email prior to receiving the return.

    Also for hygiene we can not return or exchange earrings.  

    Any original standard delivery charges from your order will be refunded for UK orders only and please include a copy of your order number and receipt as proof of purchase with your return. We are able to offer a refund or an exchange on returns.

    Condition of returns

    Returned items must be in the same condition that it was sent to be eligible for a full refund. Please do not remove any tags or packaging. If an item is not in it’s original condition and packaging you will not be eligible for a full refund.

    This excludes faulty items. We are unable to cover the cost of returns postage and delivery, duty and tax charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are sent at the customers own risk.
